
John Robins, P.Geo.
A geologist by training and a prospector at heart, John Robins is a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a degree in geological sciences. With over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, Mr. Robins has earned a reputation as being an innovative explorer and an astute business man. He is a registered professional geologist in the province of British Columbia and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. Mr. Robins is a principal in the Hunter Exploration Group, one of Canada's most successful private mineral exploration firms and an active director of several successful public companies.
John Williamson, P.Geol., President, CEO, Committee Bay Resources Ltd.
Mr. Williamson is a professional geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA). He is also a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada and Member of both the Society of Economic Geologists and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (CIM). Mr. Williamson has 18 years of experience in conducting mineral exploration and development, mining, project management, property evaluations, geoscientific and environmental studies throughout Canada, South America, Russia and Western Australia. His exploration and production experience includes precious metals (Au, Ag, PGE), base metals (Cu, Pb, Zn, Ni, Mo), diamonds and aggregate deposits.
Mr. Williamson has applied technical methodologies to conceptualize and advance many grass roots projects as well as develop a number of significant advanced exploration projects, including production phases. Mr. Williamson has also been instrumental in acquiring venture capital for these companies, and has been directly involved with raising over $30,000,000 for several of these public companies through private placements, prospectus offerings and initial public offerings.
Robert L. Carpenter, Ph.D., P. Geo., President & CEO, Kaminak Gold Corporation
Dr. Carpenter, is a practicing professional geologist and has been involved with all aspects of precious and base metal exploration for over 16 years. He has over ten years of experience with BHP-Billiton Ltd., Placer Dome Inc., and WMC Resources Ltd., focused primarily on early stage exploration projects throughout Canada, Australia and the United States. While with WMC Resources Ltd, he spent time on gold and nickel projects throughout North America. More recently, he spent three years with the Federal Department of Indian and Northern Affairs, where he was responsible for evaluating technical reports submitted on mineral claims, prospecting permits and mining leases as required under the Canada Mining Regulations and recommend their approval/rejection based on compliance. For the past two years, he served as Senior Exploration Geologist for Committee Bay Resources Ltd. and the Hunter Exploration Group. Mr. Carpenter obtained his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Carpenter completed his Ph.D. thesis on the regional geological setting of the Meliadine Lake gold deposits located near Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. Dr. Carpenter is certified by the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (P. Geo) and is a Director of Brilliant Mining Corp.) (BMC: TSXV).
Bruce Counts, President, CEO, Indicator Minerals Inc.
Mr. Counts has been involved in the Canadian diamond exploration industry for fourteen years. Between 1992 and 1997 he was employed by BHP Minerals Canada Ltd. and was an integral member of the team responsible for the discovery and development of the Ekati Diamond Mine. In 1997 Mr. Counts joined Dia Met Minerals Ltd. and was senior consultant on their international portfolio of projects until the sale of the company in 2001. Mr. Counts continues to provide technical and advisory services to the diamond exploration industry through his consulting company, LithoQuest. Currently, he is a Director of Nordic Diamonds Ltd. and a technical advisor to Shear Minerals Ltd. Mr. Counts is a Professional Geophysicist and holds a degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
Charles Chebry, Chairman, President, CEO, Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc.
Mr. Chebry, age 47, is an independent business consultant. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Kaminak Gold Corporation since April 2007. Mr. Chebry was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and a Director of Olympia Financial Group Inc. (TSXV:OLY), from March 1997 to December 2006 and remains a Director. He served as the Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Olympia Trust Company from April 1999 to December 2006 and remains a Director. Mr. Chebry also served as the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Eyelogic Systems Inc. (TSXV:EYE.A), an automated eyesight testing company, from April 1998 to December 2006 and remains a Director. Mr. Chebry has been a Director of Committee Bay Resources Inc., (TSXV:CBR), since July 2002 and served as President and founder of its predecessor company Arta Enterprises Inc. from December 2000 to July 2002. Mr. Chebry has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and is a Certified Management Accountant.
Mike Sieb, B.Sc., MBA, President, Brilliant Mining Corp.
A self-employed geological consultant, Mike Sieb graduated from Concordia University in 1989 with a B.Sc. (specialization in geology) and from the University of British Columbia in 1994 with an MBA. He brings strong technical and management skills to Brilliant, with broad experience in Canadian mineral exploration and the advancement of mineral projects.
Mr. Sieb has served as a director and senior officer in a number of mineral exploration companies, including as Exploration Manager for Northern Empire Minerals (currently Stornoway Diamond Corp.) from 2001 to 2003, where he was an integral member of the team that discovered the Melville Peninsula (Aviat) and the Rankin Inlet kimberlites.
Sean Mager, B.Com., CFO, Committee Bay Resources Ltd.
Mr. Mager is a graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business and has spent more than fifteen years in private and public management and consulting, including six years in Canada’s Northwest Territories. His northern experience includes serving as COO for an aboriginal investment corporation and as the lead Financial Management Analyst for the industry portfolio of the territorial government. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Mager was the VP of Corporate Development for a TSXV-listed logistics firm serving northern mining clients such as BHP's Ekati diamond mine and Cumberland Resources' Meadowbank gold project. Since 2000, he has applied his expertise in corporate and northern affairs to the development and governance of junior mining and mineral exploration companies.
Dave Kelsch Vice President of Exploration, Indicator Minerals Inc.
Mr. Kelsch has been active in mineral exploration since 1985, focusing on diamond exploration for the past fourteen years. Between 1992 and 1998, he was a senior geologist with Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc. During this time Mr. Kelsch was responsible for managing the Lac de Gras exploration efforts and played an integral role in the discovery and development of the kimberlites that were incorporated into the Diavik Diamond Mine. Since 1998, Mr. Kelsch has been an independent consultant and advisor working for both junior and major diamond explorers including Diamonds North Resources Ltd. as manager of their Victoria Island Project.
Grant D. Lockhart Senior Consultant and Technical Advisor, Indicator Minerals Inc.
Mr. Lockhart holds a degree in Geophysics as well as a degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He began his exploration career in 1987 as a contract geophysicist exploring for precious and base metals throughout North America. Mr. Lockhart has been exploring for diamonds on behalf of BHP Billiton since 1992 and was a member of the group responsible for the discovery and development of the EKATI Diamond Mine. During his tenure with BHP Billiton, Mr. Lockhart's role was expanded from drill target generation and testing to also include supervision of advanced bulk sampling programs. Mr. Lockhart was also involved in the recent discoveries made at BHP Billiton's Qilalugaq Project near the community of Repulse Bay, Nunavut.
Peter Kleespies, M.Sc - Vice President of Exploration, (Australia), Committee Bay Resources Ltd.
Mr Kleespies is a graduate of the University of Alberta holding both B.Sc hon. and M.Sc in geology and has 18 years experience in exploration geology for both precious and base metals in North and South America. He worked for both junior and senior companies, including BHP, Metallic Resources and Miramar Mining Corporation on a broad range of exploration projects including the High Lake and Hope Bay Greenstone Belts in the Slave Province, Proterozoic aged greenstones both in Canada and Venezuela, and younger intrusion related deposits within poly-deformed carbonate terrains in Mexico and Canada. His expertise ranges from conceptual project generation, grassroots exploration, large-scale surface and underground drill programs to deposit modeling and resource estimation. Mr. Kleespies has demonstrated the application of sound technical principles and ability to integrate complex geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets in the search for, and delineation of economically viable mineral deposits. Most recently he was a Senior Exploration Geologist with Committee Bay Resources Ltd. and formerly managed exploration projects at Hope Bay for Miramar Mining Corporation.
