Lanfranchi Nickel Mine Sets Record Production in June Tramways Tenements, Western Australia

Vancouver, B.C. - Brilliant Mining Corp. (BMC:TSXV) (“Brilliant”) is pleased to announce that June nickel ore deliveries from the Lanfranchi Nickel Mine have increased by 34% over the same period in May and represent the highest monthly production since recommencement of mine operations in 2005. In June 2006, ore deliveries totaling 18,634 tonnes of ore grading 2.33% nickel (Ni) for a calculated 434 tonnes of contained nickel metal, which was delivered to BHP Billiton’s Kambalda Nickel Operations’ Concentrator. Production figures for the months of April, May and June are shown below.
